SCAPE sees the issue of coastally eroding heritage as an opportunity to benefit people and communities through involvement in practical action to research and look after Scotland's heritage.

Participation in a project can provide the self-confidence and crucial work experience needed for a young person or someone who has been out of work for a while to find employment. Participation in a project brings communities together and instils local pride.

Our work relies on the goodwill and financial contribution from many sources. We welcome donations to support our continuing and growing work to connect people with the past whilst rescuing information from threatened sites and contributing valuable knowledge to Scotland's history.
